How do I log in?
Go to the control panel (details given in your introduction e-mail). Make sure you have written the user name and password as send to you in the original e-mail - if in doubt cut and paste into the user name and password box. Click here to see the log in administration panel mock up with more help.

Password reminder
If you have forgotten your password, enter your e-mail address in the reminder box and submit for a password reminder. Click here to see the log in administration panel mock up with more help.

To change user and and / or password

Change password - Once you are logged in you can change your password by typing in a new one with a duplicate, in order to confirm. If you change your password you will be e-mailed to confirm the change Click here to see the log in administration panel mock up with more help.

Change user name - your user name can be changed for security reasons. If you alter your user name and update will be sent to your e-mail address. Click here to see the log in administration panel mock up with more help.

Change e-mail address - You can change your e-mail address. In case of error or breach of security, an e-mail is also sent to the old e-mail address to confirm the changes. This also occurs if you change your e-mail address whilst changing your user name and or password, the new details being passed to the old e-mail address as well as the new one, the first time the e-mail is changed. Session expires - If you leave the admin facility unattended you will be logged out automatically after a period of time. The session will also expire if you have been on the system for an extended period and you will be required to log back in again.
