Produce pages before they are seen and take down obsolete pages immediately. A publish and unpublish web page option allows you to add and delete web pages whenever you want - the system will automatically update all the links when you publish or unpublish.

This allows you to work on pages when it is convenient to you and only show the public when you are ready. Similarly this is useful for pages that you wish to update, where they can be removed from public display automatically.
